A safe, therapeutic home for boys aged 12–17, delivered with culture, care and practical life skills.
Big Daddy House (BDH) is a short-term, intensive therapeutic program for boys aged 12–17. We partner with families, DCJ, and community agencies to stabilize, support, and set young people up for success—at home, at school, and in the community.

We believe every boy deserves a safe place to reset, belong, and grow — so he can return to family, school, and community with confidence and purpose.

We create therapeutic homes grounded in culture, care, and practical life skills. Our programs are 24/7 staffed, structured with evidence-informed routines, and designed to nurture resilience, identity, and capability.narua Country

A structured two‑stage model: up to 13 weeks in‑house (ITTC) followed by up to 13 weeks TBHC, tailored to each young person.
We believe healing begins with connection. Whether you're a family member, referrer, or community partner, you're welcome to reach out, visit, or yarn with us. Our space is built on care, culture, and conversation — and every step forward starts with feeling safe and heard.
